Is SAR and scarecrow the same?
The first robot, which Will previously befriended, along with the SAR (Second Alien Robot) from the first series, were adapted and re-rigged to create Scarecrow. His flawed surface texture was hand painted with scratches and gouges, even shivering flakes of metal were added to enhance his scuffed-up patina.
Why did Sar want will?
Once SAR was back to life, the robot went all-out in its pursuit of Will. This led to the reveal that SAR was responsible for killing the being who created the robots. SAR also wanted to kill Will because he proved he could free robots from their programming, which made Will their leader in the robot’s eyes.
